Job Description

Astute's Power team is partnering with a large-scale leading energy provider to recruit an Outage Manager during a 3-month outage for its North West site.

The Outage Manager role comes with a rate of £400-£500 per day.

Key skills:

Develop and implement outage plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project scope and standards.

Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.

Conduct regular safety and performance meetings with stakeholders.

Optimize outage efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare detailed outage reports, documenting key activities, lessons learned, and recommendations.
