Invoicing Assistant - Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year, £28,000 per annum)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Assistant to join the finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and finance experience, particularly within aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse data and generate customer invoices using internal systems
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for clients
Process and manage warranty claims through online portals
Work closely with internal teams on contracts, invoicing, and credit control
Handle and resolve customer invoice queries professionally
Support other finance-related tasks as requiredQualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a finance-related role, ideally in aviation
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel
Ability to build professional relationships and collaborate effectively
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits:
