Job Description

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in South East England who are seeking to hire an interim planning lawyer to cover a 12 month maternity leave.

The role is due to commence at the end of March.

Candidates would be expected to attend both monthly planning committees in person, apart from that the role can is fully remote.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,

- Have previous experience with complex s106s, committee reports, appeals, and enforcement,

- Have have some experience with CPOs,

- Have two references from previous employees.
