Are you a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) looking for a rewarding locum role in Somerset? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

Join our team as a Band 6 CPN and play a key role in supporting older adults with mental health conditions. In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for older adults
• Develop and implement individualised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based mental health treatments
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NMC registration and a valid pin
• Experience in older person mental health services
• Strong assessment and care planning skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
