QC Packing Operative

11.44 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay

Leeds, LS13

Full Time, Monday to Friday (initially 7am to 3pm then moving to 6am-2pm/2pm to 10pm shifts)

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Bramley based client to recruit a QC Packing Operative on a temporary ongoing basis. This role could become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Working as part of small and friendly team the ideal candidate will have previous experience ideally in a machine operating and packing environment.

Duties will include:

• Assisting on the folding and gluing machine
• Stripping the finished item ready for packing
• Monitoring the quality of the finished item as it comes off the machine
• Packing items onto pallets
• Daily use of a computer based system

You will need:

• Previous experience in a packing and machine operating environment
• Excellent attention to details skills to ensure quality control
• Competent IT skills (full training on system will be given)
• The ability to work as part of a team and supporting your colleagues when required

This is a full time position and the initial working hours will be Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm however candidates must be able to move onto a 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm rotating shift as and when required.
