Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Designing detailed plans for highway carriageway and footway resurfacing projects

Developing maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the roadway infrastructure

Collaborating with project teams to implement best practices in highway maintenance

Conducting site inspections to assess conditions and determine appropriate maintenance measures

Preparing and reviewing technical reports and documentation

Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are promptly addressed

Ensuring all design work complies with relevant regulations and standards

Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to management

Job Requirements:

Experience in highway design and maintenance

Understanding of carriageway and footway resurfacing processes

Proficiency in relevant design software and tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
