What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 7 Team Lead and play a key role in improving the lives of individuals requiring mental health support. In this role, you will:

Lead and manage a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)

Oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health care

Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team

Develop and implement service improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid NMC registration

Experience working with adult mental health services

Strong leadership and management skills

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Provide support and guidance to patients and their families

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

NMC registration and a valid pin

Experience in older person mental health services

Strong assessment and care planning skills

Ability to work independently and within a team
