Job Title: Band 6 CPN – CMHT

Location: Somerset

Duration: Ongoing

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 CPN and play a key role in supporting older adults with mental health conditions. In this role, you will:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for older adults

Develop and implement individualised care plans

Deliver evidence-based mental health treatments

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Provide support and guidance to patients and their families

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

NMC registration and a valid pin

Experience in older person mental health services

Strong assessment and care planning skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
