Job Description

Carbon60 are currently looking for a Goods In Operative to join a client ours based on the Heinz site in Wigan. This position is temp to perm working standard day shifts of Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm.

The rate of pay for this position is £12.50 - £12.74 per hour depending on experience.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Receiving, checking and receipting deliveries.

Storing goods, picking and delivering orders around site using counterbalance FLT

Interfacing directly with customer at all levels.

Stock checks

Housekeeping within the stores area

Completing required documentation

Utilising multiple IT systems to achieve targeted goals and update info on systems

Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

Previous warehouse/stores experience required (see notes) training provided on specific operations on-site

Basic IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and accuracy of data entry to excel and in-house systems - training on specific systems provided

Excellent communication skills for customer interaction

Counterbalance FLT licence highly desirable but not essential
