Schedule: Days & Nights Available

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: Day: £24.00/hr | Night: £27.00/hr | Sunday: £30.00/hr (Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as an ITU/ICU Staff Nurse and play a key role in providing critical care to high-dependency patients. In this role, you will:

Deliver exceptional, patient-centred care in an intensive care environment

Assess, monitor, and respond promptly to critically ill patients using advanced clinical skills

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes

Administer medications, IV therapies, and ventilatory support as required

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies

Support junior staff and contribute to a positive learning environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid NMC registration and pin

Proven ITU/ICU/Critical Care experience (essential)

Strong clinical skills, including ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring

Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

Critical Care Qualification (desirable but not essential)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible ad hoc agency position, requiring availability for day and night shifts. The contract is ongoing, with shifts tailored to your availability.
