Painter / Powder Coater

Daily Duties

Setting up and running the powder coating plant

Carrying out quality checks to ensure a flawless finish

Adjusting machine settings to maintain high production standards

Following safe working practices and operational procedures

Identifying and resolving issues to improve efficiency

Assisting with preventative maintenance to minimise downtime

Continuously improving processes to boost productivity and qualityRequired Experience

Experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and prioritise workload

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improveHours:

7.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday - 7.00am-4.00pm on FridaysRate:

£12.55 per hourStart date; ASAP
