Job Title: Gateman - CSCS Card Required

Location: Herne Bay, Kent

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Gateman to join our team in Herne Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage access and egress on site, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter.

Direct traffic safely around the site and maintain a secure perimeter.

Perform general site security duties and assist in maintaining a safe working environment.

Report any incidents or security breaches to the site supervisor.

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is essential.

Previous experience working as a Gateman or in a similar security role within construction is preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with site personnel and visitors.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
