Job Advert: Night Watchman - Lincoln

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Night Watchman to join our team in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for security and a strong work ethic.

Key Details:

• Position: Night Watchman
• Location: Lincoln
• Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security on site throughout the night
• Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols
• Record and report any incidents or irregularities
• Ensure all visitors and personnel follow safety protocols
• Respond to emergencies and assist in resolving any security concerns

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the night
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
