A fantastic primary school in Colchester is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team after February half term. This is a full-time, long-term role, perfect for individuals looking to develop their career in education, psychology, or child development.

• Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in a welcoming primary school
• 83- 100 per day
• Based in Colchester
• Education and Training
• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Long-term role starting after February half term

• Providing classroom support to pupils of varying abilities
• Assisting students with SEND and SEMH needs in small groups and one-on-one
• Facilitating differentiated tasks based on student ability
• Collaborating with a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants

• A confident and proactive individual with a passion for education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND/SEMH needs (preferred but not essential)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to learning support
