Junior Customer Service Advisor

We are working with a fantastic business in the local area (commutable from Crawley, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath areas), who are looking to train up a new team of Call Handlers for their Customer Enquiries Team.

This is the perfect opportunity to gain office experience, with opportunities to learn, grow and develop in a professional setting. They even offer accredited certifications and one on one coaching.

What will you be doing?

Answering the phones and managing enquiries effectively

Providing a superb standard of customer service

Taking payments and making bookings

Sending emails and general data entry

Working towards and exceeding assigned targets

Completing tasks and presentations

Forging strong working relationships
