What We Offer:
Contract Duration: 6 months
Start Date: March 2025
Day Rate: £155 a day (Umbrella only recruitment - we can assist you with this)
Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-time in office for training and sign-off, then hybrid working available - 3 days a week in office)
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in investigating and resolving customer complaints
Location Commitment: Willingness to work at our Central Glasgow office.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in navigating in-house databases.
Technical Proficiency: Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
