We are looking for a dedicated and proactive School Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the school's facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of the school premises, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.

Perform general cleaning duties across classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas.

Oversee and coordinate minor repairs and liaise with external contractors for larger maintenance projects.

Manage school equipment and supplies, ensuring stock is maintained for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Set up and take down furniture/equipment for school events, assemblies, and activities.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe learning environment.

Respond to urgent maintenance issues and requests, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and stock levels.What We Offer
