Print Officer - Contract role (Office-Based)
A Print Officer is required to join a busy print department on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong print estimating experience and proficiency in print management information systems (MIS).
* Rate: £17.00 per hour (Umbrella)
* Contract: 3 months (likely to be extended)
* Location: Office-based
Key Responsibilities:
* Print Estimating - Providing accurate estimations for lithographic print, digital print, and mail & fulfilment services.
* Account Management - Managing client accounts, ensuring accurate job tracking and cost calculations.
* Procurement & Invoicing - Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth workflow.
* MIS Data Entry - Entering job details into MIS systems to generate technical specifications for Production Planning and materials requisition.
* Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience using a Print Management Information System (MIS) such as Optimus, Shuttleworth, Tharstern, or similar.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in print estimating across lithographic, digital, and mail & fulfilment.
* Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and cost estimations.
