Digital Transformation Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Digital Transformation Business Analyst to drive impactful change across key transformation projects, including medication management, finance, HR, and care plans. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities to optimize processes and define future operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business analysis activities across complex digital transformation projects.

Analyse business processes to identify both quick wins and long-term improvements.

Map end-to-end customer, staff, and supplier journeys and support the Target Operating Model.

Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and system integration models.

Produce comprehensive business and functional specifications for digital solutions.

Collaborate with IT architects to design and implement innovative digital solutions.

Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to provide actionable insights.

Ensure seamless system integrations and process interactions with an end-to-end approach.

Support change management efforts to drive successful adoption of new technologies.

Develop training plans and documentation as needed.

Participate in the ITT process and procurement of solutions through high and low-level requirements.

Conduct as-is, to-be, and gap analysis for agreed processes.

Mentor and support junior Business Analysts within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital transformation.

Strong technical proficiency in:

Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Power BI

Miro or similar collaboration tools

Expertise in data mapping, system integrations, and IT architecture analysis.

Strong background in process mapping and BPMN modelling.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Certifications:

CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CCBA (Business Analysis Certifications)

CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)

Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)

Scrum Master Certification
