M&E Asset Surveyor- Stoke
TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a large facilities management company, who are looking to add several M&E surveyors to a role carrying out surveys of an education portfolio in Stoke.
The role involves a survey of all buildings within the portfolio, and the mechanical and electrical assets within them, planned to commence from late February, lasting approximately 4 months in duration.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the client’s own in-house software on a portable tablet.
