Here at Fortem our Apprentices are at the heart of our business. Our Apprenticeship programmes train and develop our Apprentices into the next generation of our staff, which is imperative to the success of our business.

We are seeking a driven and committed Apprentice who will be the future of our business in years to come. As an Apprentice with Fortem, you will complete an NVQ in Business Administration at college, whilst working with your mentor, putting your knowledge and skills learned into practice "on the job".

The Role

We are delighted to confirm that we are looking for a Business Apprentice to join our Orbit Housing contract, working in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Joining an established apprenticeship scheme, we will provide a clear plan around your development that will support you to succeed to your full potential.

Assessment Centres will be held at our Orbit office in Stratford-upon-Avon on March 18th or 19th 2025, but there may be other dates available.

The start date will be September 2nd 2025, with a 2-day corporate induction at our Head Offices, in Hitchin, followed by further induction and training at the Orbit branch location.

The apprenticeship college course will commence shortly after your induction.

Duties & Responsibilities

As an Apprentice at Fortem Solutions you will work alongside a mentor, and you will:

* Demonstrate the ability to work out problems and solutions

* Show good communication skills whether through telephone, digital platforms or face to face.

* Have great organisational skills

* Work independently and as part of a team

* Take ownership for your own development

What You Will Need

Essential Criteria:

* A driving licence

Desirable but not essential

* Functional IT skills

* Great customer care approach
