Are you a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Worcestershire? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7)

• Location: Worcestershire

• Duration: Ongoing locum position

• Schedule: 5 days per week

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: Ongoing (with possibility of extension)

• Rate of Pay: £28 - £33 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients. In this role, you will:

Perform comprehensive medication reviews

Support the safe and effective use of medicines across the hospital wards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care

Provide expert advice on drug therapy and clinical management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Assist with discharge planning and medication reconciliation

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid GPhC registration

Previous wards experience is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability for 5 days per week. The contract is for an ongoing locum period, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
