Business Change Lead – 6-month contract – c£400 Outside IR35 - Cheshire -

We’re looking for a Business Change Lead to join our long-standing client within the hospitality sector, initially on a 6 month basis. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the business through a transformative system implementation, ensuring a seamless transition and strong user adoption. You'll be working closely with stakeholders, designing and delivering a change and communication strategy that supports the business through a significant period of transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting business users through a major system implementation, ensuring engagement and readiness

* Developing and delivering communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption

* Identifying, planning, and delivering tailored training programmes to ensure business users engage with and can confidently use the new system

* Driving continuous engagement and advocacy to maximise long-term adoption

What You’ll Need:

* Proven experience leading business change in large-scale system implementations

* A strong ability to support and guide non-technical users through transformative change

* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

* Experience in planning and delivering training programmes to drive system adoption

* HRIS project experience is a plus but not essential
