Salary: £275 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, specifically within data centre environments. This is a client-facing role, requiring a professional who can manage complex projects, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for M&E installations within data centres.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Report on project progress, KPIs, and financial performance to senior management.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in M&E within data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure, power, cooling, and security systems.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including budget control and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working in client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and industry regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.
