Title: Helpdesk/ Contract Support
Pay rate: 12.50 an hour, weekly pay, salary 25,000- 28,000
Location: Nottingham, NG80 1ZZ
Contract: Temp to perm, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
Providing support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Determine the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client
Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources
Ensure works are scheduled and in accordance with SLAs, and update clients CAFM system
Review of all sub-contractor submitted paperwork to ensure management of CAFM
Support with managing the supply chain and drive them to attend within required SLA's
