- Business Change Lead 6-month contract c£400 Outside IR35 - Cheshire -

We re looking for a Business Change Lead to join our long-standing client within the hospitality sector, initially on a 6 month basis. You ll play a pivotal role in guiding the business through a transformative system implementation, ensuring a seamless transition and strong user adoption. You'll be working closely with stakeholders, designing and delivering a change and communication strategy that supports the business through a significant period of transformation.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Supporting business users through a major system implementation, ensuring engagement and readiness
• Developing and delivering communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption
• Identifying, planning, and delivering tailored training programmes to ensure business users engage with and can confidently use the new system
• Driving continuous engagement and advocacy to maximise long-term adoption

What You ll Need:

• Proven experience leading business change in large-scale system implementations
• A strong ability to support and guide non-technical users through transformative change
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in planning and delivering training programmes to drive system adoption
• HRIS project experience is a plus but not essential
