Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor required to work for a housing provider in the Worcestershire on a contract basis for six months.

This role is working within the asset management team and will be responsible for planned maintenance works.

Key duties will include;

Management of contractors to deliver decent homes related projects.
Ensuring quality of works.
Ensure all relevant H&S and building regs are followed.
Pre / post inspection of works.
Reporting back any issues / updates to the senior manager.
Providing excellent customer service to residents.
