Chef de Partie (CDP) Wanted - Police Site (Vetting Required)

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) looking for a unique opportunity in a secure environment? We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDP to join our team at a police site, where security and professionalism are paramount. Vetting is required for this role, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Vetting is a mandatory requirement for this role. Applicants must undergo and pass the necessary security checks before starting work. Vetting normally takes 8 to 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with menu specifications

Assist with menu planning and food preparation while ensuring consistency and presentation

Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow all food safety regulations

Manage stock levels, monitor waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service demands

Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

️ Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

️ Ability to work in a high-security environment (police site)

️ Eligibility for vetting - candidates must pass background checks

️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

️ Excellent teamwork and communication skills

️ Food hygiene and safety qualifications (Level 2 or above preferred)
