Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Hybrid - 3 days in office

Job Type- 12 Month Contract

Payrate- £34 - £38 per hour Inside IR35

About the Role:

We are hiring a Finance Business Partner to work with one of our leading clients in the telecom sector. This is a key role supporting financial planning, revenue analysis, and cost management while providing valuable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial & Commercial Support - Provide financial insights to drive better decision-making.

✅ Revenue & Cost Management - Analyze budget vs. actuals, identify risks, and recommend improvements.

✅ Business Partnering - Work closely with commercial, transformation, and business planning teams.

✅ Financial Reporting - Deliver monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.

✅ Efficiency & Process Improvement - Drive cost optimization strategies for long-term financial success.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience.

✔ Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

✔ Experience in business partnering & stakeholder management.

✔ Advanced Excel & financial modeling experience.

✔ Strong ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance teams.
