Chief Electrical Engineer

Circa AUS$ 200,000 to 250,000 – Relocation expenses.

The company’s expertise comes from delivering major infrastructure projects by bringing hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia’s biggest and iconic projects.

The new Energy Lead will be based at the offices of VicGrid who are responsible for the planning and development of Victoria‘s Renewable Energy Zones in support of Victoria’s energy transition. Ideally, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 10 to 15 years’ experience of grid design and construction.

The role is based in Melbourne which is a city well-known globally, particularly recognised for its culture, arts, sports, and education. It often ranks highly in global livability indexes and is famous for events like the Australian Open and its vibrant food scene.

Visa’s to work in Australia can be granted under the following scheme:

* Under 35 if you are British or Irish and can qualify Australia’s 12-month Tourist / Work visa scheme – unlikely for this role.

* Highly skilled migrant scheme – very likely for this role.
