Document Controller

Falcon Green are searching for an Document Controller to join a project in South West London for a major residential contractor.The successful Document controller will ideally have previous experience working on a major residential scheme and experience using Aconex.

Document controller Responsibilities:

Reporting into a Site Management
Front desk duties and based on front desk
Preparing reports and collating information from team members
Dealing with subcontractors and supply chain
Organising inbox and department leads diary
Undertaking general organisation and administrative tasks for the project
Liaising with multiple departments

Requirements:

Previous experience within a document controller role
Great organizational skills
Experience within the construction industry would be preferable
Previous experience using Aconex
