SEN Teaching Assistant - Oxford (Primary School) - ASAP Start

Full-time | £83 - £90 per day (DOE) | Long-Term Contract

Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Oxford? A fantastic Mainstream Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a great opportunity to support children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), and other learning difficulties in a supportive school environment.

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant (Oxford)

Providing 1:1 and small group support to SEN students in Oxford

Assisting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Global Development Delay, and other additional needs

Implementing tailored learning strategies alongside teachers and the SENCO

Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation in the classroom

Supporting personal care needs (if required) and promoting independenceRequirements - SEN Teaching Assistant (Oxford)

Experience working with SEN children (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Dyslexia, or related needs)

Level 3 qualification OR relevant degree preferred

GCSEs in Maths & English (C or above) required

A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to working with SEN students
