Intro
Cedar is currently partnered with a global, PE-backed business undergoing a significant transformation to recruit three Interim Senior Finance Business Partners. These roles are based in Central London on an initial contract basis, paying a competitive day rate. Each role will focus on a key function: Contact Centre & Operations, Digital Marketing & Commercial, or Technology.

The Role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:
Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, driving performance through insightful financial analysis.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Develop robust financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and cost optimisation.
Provide actionable recommendations based on in-depth analysis of key financial and operational metrics.
Enhance financial reporting and analytics through automation and standardisation.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, cost efficiencies, and operational excellence.
Influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring financial governance and commercial discipline.
Support ongoing transformation initiatives, embedding best-in-class financial processes.
Work closely with investors and senior stakeholders to align with broader business objectives.Your Profile
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role.
A strong track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decisions.
Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
Experience in one of the following areas: Contact Centre & Operations, Digital Marketing & Commercial, or Technology.Compensation & Benefits
