About the Role: KS1 & KS2 Teacher
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated KS1 & KS2 Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the heart of Mill Hill, Barnet. This full-time, temporary position will see you teaching both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes, giving you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and develop your teaching skills across age groups.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, planning creative learning opportunities, and assessing student progress. The school values inclusive teaching practices, and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of children within this nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities as a KS1 & KS2 Teacher:
• Plan and deliver dynamic, engaging lessons to both KS1 and KS2 pupils.
• Provide tailored support to students to meet their individual learning needs.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all children feel supported.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to foster a positive school community.
• Participate in staff meetings, CPD opportunities, and school events.

Requirements for a KS1 & KS2 Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Experience teaching both KS1 and KS2 (preferred).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A passion for inspiring and motivating students.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
