Senior Site Manager - Industrial Refurbishment

• Wimbledon

• £250 - £290 per day

• Start: 24th March 2025

• Contract / Temp to Permanent option

Our client is a principle contractor with over 40-year track record of successful delivery for their clients They will be looking to add a Senior Site Manager to the business, initially on a contract basis.

With a client base including pension funds, developers and asset management companies, they have a long and sustainable business model.

You would be responsible for managing refurbishment projects including industrial spaces and marketing suites and showrooms. These projects will be within the M25 and range in build value from £1m - £5m.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Day to day management of all site activities

• Management of sub-contractors

• Workload delegation and monitoring

• Site Inductions

• Organise & chair weekly meetings

• Ensuring high standards of health and safety

Experience and Attributes

• Ideally, you will have at least 10 years' proven experience of delivering refurbishment projects

• Hold a current a CSCS, 1st Aid, and SMSTS.

• The position will suit a permanent candidate searching for a long-term opportunity or wishing to enter the contract market for the first time

• You will need to be a meticulous and tenacious personality who has good people skills with excellent communication.

This is a long term freelance opportunity that could be become permanent for the tight candidate
