Vehicle Trimmer

Location: Thurleigh, Bedfordshire

Shift: Monday-Friday, day shift

Contract: Long term, Ongoing work

We are seeking experienced Vehicle Trimmers to join our client’s well-established bodyshop team in Thurleigh. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring vehicles are stripped, repaired, and refitted to the highest standards, under the guidance of the bodyshop manager and supervisor.

The Role:

* Strip and refit panels on a range of vehicles.

* Remove parts and panels, ensuring all fixings (e.g., nuts, bolts, screws) are accurately labelled and securely stored for reassembly.

* Carry out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition following approved methods.

* Assist other departments within the bodyshop as required.

* Support and train bodyshop trainees when needed.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

* Hold a full, category B driving licence, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
