An Exciting Opportunity to Lead in Adult Social Care
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join a CQC-registered Supported Living Service rated "Good." This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a service dedicated to empowering adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing and developing a high-quality, person-centred service. You will also oversee the Community Outreach Team, supporting service users across Wembley to maintain independence and engage in meaningful activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising a diverse staff team, ensuring high standards of care and support.
Working closely with service users, families, and professionals to develop tailored support plans.
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Developing a strength-based approach and promoting independence and confidence-building among residents.
Supporting the Team Manager in achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.About You
