• Managing and maintaining a diverse property portfolio
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments of properties
• Developing and implementing estate management strategies
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
• Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for property improvements
• Negotiating leases, renewals, and rent reviews
• Liaising with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Managing budgets and financial planning for estate management activities

• Experience in estate management
• Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
