Repair Stress Engineer
Role Overview Working as part of a dynamic and reactive team you will be responsible for the analysis and justification of metallic and composite wing structures for static strength to support structural repairs according to validated methods. You will ensure adherence to airworthiness regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capability guidelines. Your primary role will be to provide stress analysis for the repair/acceptance of damaged aircraft structures, whilst working with Design & F&DT engineers, within challenging timeframes.
We are a dynamic and reactive team providing structural repair support to Airbus operators and maintenance organisations for the full Airbus fleet. Our goal is to provide bespoke and optimum repair solutions in response to damage reports, ensuring operator schedules are maintained and aircraft downtime is kept to a minimum. We enjoy the challenge of creating and delivering repairs for any sort of damage, anywhere on the wing structure!

35 hour contract until year end, likely extension beyond.
£46 per hour Umbrella (non signatory)
£50.00 per hour Umbrella ( signatory)
