Internals Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to oversee the fit-out and finishing stages of a large residential development in Woolwich.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing internal works from first fix to handover, ensuring quality and programme adherence.
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones.
Conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
Resolving site issues and maintaining progress reports.
Liaising with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing internals on large residential schemes.
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, finishes, and snagging.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
