Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education to students.
• Assist with lesson planning and preparation of educational materials.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
• Lead and facilitate sports activities and physical education sessions.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity among students.
• Monitor and assess student progress in both academic and sports settings.
• Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or sports coach is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students in both academic and sports contexts.
• Relevant qualifications in education, sports coaching, or related fields are a plus.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
