Position Details:

Role: Early Years Educator

Start Date: March 2025

Location: Harrow, London

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's in Education or equivalent

What You'll Do:

Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a nurturing learning atmosphere

Monitor and assess children's progress, providing valuable feedback to parents and guardians

Work collaboratively with a team to maintain high-quality early years provision

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (essential)

Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting

Strong knowledge of child development, early education principles, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, flexible, and positive team player
