Job Description

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East of England who are looking to hire an adult-care legal officer on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a gap in their growing team,

No aspect of the day to day work requires in-person attendance and so the position is fully remote.

Some details of the assignment:

- Independently hold a caseload of Community DOLS

- To assist the solicitors with their S21As and S16s

- To draft COP9s and COP24s

- Attend the s21 Round Table Meetings (virtually)

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
