IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

SWANSEA (Hybrid)

INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT

OUTSIDE IR35

£200 PER DAY

Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for IT Support Engineers on initial 6 month contracts.

We're looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to join a leading global organisation on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations. This is a hybrid role and the task will dictate the location.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site IT support to end users

Manage user accounts and access control

Troubleshoot and optimise computer systems

Install, upgrade, and configure hardware/software

Maintain networks, endpoints, and security systems

Assist with phishing simulations and cyber awareness campaigns

Ensure devices are patched and compliant

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience with Office 365, Azure AD & Microsoft Intune

Experience with IT Service Desk tools (e.g. AutoTask, SolarWinds, ConnectWise)

Strong troubleshooting skills across PCs, servers, networks & firewalls

Understanding of networking concepts & cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27001)

Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages (desirable)
