Job Title: Adults Community Neuro SLT Band 6/7

Location: Central London

Duration: Ongoing, 3 months +

Schedule: Full Time Mon-Fri (part time considered, no weekend availability)

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £25-£32ph

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Community Neuro Speech and Language Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in the locality. In this role, you will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments

create and implement personalised care plans

deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

a current and valid HCPC registration

experience working with adults in the community

strong communication and interpersonal skills

the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care 

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday - Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is on an ongoing basis with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
