Location: Yorkshire (West Yorkshire + surrounding area)

Duration: 2-3 Months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Pay: Up to £30 per hour Umbrella PAYE

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Temporary Planned Works Surveyor to join our's client team for a duration of 2-3 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing planned projects within the housing sector, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate project requirements and site conditions.

Prepare and review detailed project plans, specifications, and budgets.

Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established timelines.

Provide regular reports on project status and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree in surveying, construction management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a surveyor in planned or maintenance works.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong IT Skills (Excel)

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
