Site Administrator

• Construction Main Contractor
• Freelance: up to 16 per hour
• Duration: ASAP until July 2025
• Location: Witney

We are currently searching for a Site Administrator to join a busy construction site in Witney. As Site Administrator you will be tasked with assisting the project delivery team with administrative duties on site such as:

• Manning the site email account and telephone
• Dealing with visitors
• Maintaining records of documents such as timesheets, orders, deliveries, permits, drawings etc.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure the site office is stocked with necessary equipment.
• Support meetings by taking minutes and distributing to non-attending members of staff

Experience required:

• In this case, construction experience is essential.
• Experience working as a site administrator/document controller is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
