Role: Performance Engineer

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Peterborough (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Contract: 12 months

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Support engine performance development and validation.

Implement new technologies (automation, robotics, CAD software) to improve processes.

Enhance engineering procedures to optimize reliability and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science (required).

Engineering design & development - Ability to create, implement, and improve designs.

Engine performance & calibration - Experience in performance validation and optimization.

Process improvement & automation - Knowledge of automation, robotics, and CAD tools.

Product testing & validation - Understanding of defect tracking and quality assurance.

Troubleshooting & problem-solving - Ability to detect and resolve technical issues.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Experience in designing and implementing SOPs.
