Pod Talent is excited to partner up with a leading UK company providing supply chain and manufacturing solutions for high-tech industries who is looking for a Supply/Production Planner to join their team in Hampshire for 6 months initially.

In this role, you will be managing production planning, ensuring material availability, and optimising supply chain processes.

You will:

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while ensuring optimal inventory levels

Utilise Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to manage inventory levels, forecasts, and production schedules

Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to prevent production delays by analysing supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements

About you…

Strong experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials management in a manufacturing environment

Proficient in utilising MRP/ERP systems with extensive experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Background in engineering, industrial components, or related sectors

Exceptional ability to navigate complex challenges in dynamic, fast-paced settings

Strong communication and influencing skills to work effectively across departments

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management capabilities
