Platform Experience Associate – Hebrew Speaker (Dublin, Ireland – FTC 12 Months, Full-Time, 24/7 Shifts)

Accenture is looking for a Platform Experience Associate to join our Trust & Safety team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for content moderation, reviewing and analyzing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Review, classify, and moderate content based on client policies

🔹 Investigate and resolve content-related issues

🔹 Stay up to date with changing guidelines and platform policies

🔹 Engage in discussions around socially sensitive topics to ensure online safety

Requirements:

✅ Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)

✅ Strong resilience and coping skills for handling sensitive content

✅ Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

✅ Passion for the internet, social media, and online platforms

✅ Availability to work in a 24/7 shift environment (including weekends & holidays)
